When I was approaching my 40's I found it was getting harder to stay in shape yet I was still doing all the same workouts and eating "healthy" (or so I thought at the time).

I refused to admit I was getting older, especially since we all have seen people way late in life being extremely fit and full of energy. I just knew that could be me too.

Then, as if the universe answered my wish, I came across long term fasting. I was in a position where I was open minded to give just about anything a try as long as I had been intermittent fasting for over two decades already.

I began with a 3 week juice fast, then a 6 week juice fast, then a week water fast, then a 5 day dry fast. I cannot describe how life changing this has been for me. I've lost weight, improved my sleep, aged in reverse, started my coaching practice and podcast, and so much more. Fasting not only improves your health but there is an indescribable energetic component that brings you back in touch with who you really are and. Adding fasting to my lifestyle has been the biggest blessing of my life!
